This Georgetown Waterfront Park Engagement is stunning.  If you are considering a Georgetown Waterfront Park Engagement, you’ll want to do it at sunrise.  There’s just a few joggers and kayakers out and no one else.  If you go for sunset it will be completely packed and you wont be able to have this romantic spot to yourself. This is the main reason why most spots in DC I only offer sunrise e-sessions, but trust me it’ll be worth it. I met Stephanie and Mike early one summer morning for their session and we couldn’t have had better weather.  There was a gentle breeze and the golden hour light was absolutely stunning.

Stephanie and Mike have been here many times and it’s why those chose this beautiful waterfront spot for their session. And to add an extra special feel to their shoot they decided on a Champagne toast too. Not only does Georgetown Waterfront park have, a waterfront but it also has beautiful gardens in bloom pretty much from spring to summer and a beautiful unique view of DC in the background.  Check out the gallery below!

Hi, I'm Nick! Your future wedding photographer!

When I'm not photographing the coolest couples in Seattle, you'll find me backpacking with my partner Adam and dog Obi, trying new foods, cooking, escaping to the San Juan Islands and finding any excuse I can to travel. I hope you enjoy my work and it makes you want to reach out. Thanks for stopping by and I hope to hear from you!
