Christina and Spencer’s Government Cove Engagement has become one of my absolute favorite shoots. Like ever!!! Not only are these two the sweetest people but they are both so in love and it shows in every single picture. We had so much fun exploring the amazing spots during their Government Cove Engagement. This unique cove stretches out into the Columbia River, nestled in the middle of Washington and Oregon. I can not explain enough just how amazing the views here are, especially during golden hour. Speaking of golden hour sunset during the week is best because it’s far less crowded and the sun is in the west which allows for the best views.
Government Cove has views of the Columbia river, the massive hills of the Columbia river gorge scenic area and then on the Washington side the cascade range. During their session there was an amazing breeze that brought Christina’s dress and hair to life. Blowing in the wind giving all of the images an amazing movement and energy. We mixed up their Government Cove Engagement with romantic intimate shots, fun shots and a bunch of adventurous shots. I couldn’t be happier with their shoot.
