Claudette and Dave’s National Basilica Wedding holds a very special place in my heart. Not only are they madly in love but they are two of the kindest and sweetest people I have ever met. They got married in March of 2020 just as lockdowns began to hit. Despite everything going wrong for their day, they had one of the most heartfelt ceremonies I have ever photographed. I would be lying if I said I dint cry during their ceremony. After we went outside to take advantage of all the beautiful spring blooming going on around the National Basilica. Cherry trees, tulips, daffodils and more were all in bloom.

Even though Covid had began locking down the world, they were able to change their day and safely have a beautiful wedding. As a wedding photographer I feel so so bad for all my couples who had to drastically change their wedding. But it’s couples like Claudette and Dave that give me and other couples hope. They didnt have a single care in the world and they embraced their day they were able to spend with their friends and family. Their portrait session, oh man, their portrait session was absolutely magical. The light couldn’t of been better and the gentle breeze picked up the veil and made for some amazing pictures! If you are looking for the perfect place to have your ceremony, look no further then a National Basilica wedding.

Hi, I'm Nick! Your future wedding photographer!

When I'm not photographing the coolest couples in Seattle, you'll find me backpacking with my partner Adam and dog Obi, trying new foods, cooking, escaping to the San Juan Islands and finding any excuse I can to travel. I hope you enjoy my work and it makes you want to reach out. Thanks for stopping by and I hope to hear from you!
